CTT Getting Here from DIA

Once you have arrived at Denver International Airport (DIA), you will be directed to your baggage carousel.

After collecting your luggage, take a few steps out the nearest door to outside of either the East or West Terminal (depending on your flight).

When you are outside, proceed to the TAXI/LIMO Stand on Island 1 and report to an attendant (wearing the bright green vest with "Taxi/Limo" on the back).

The attendant will then call Colorado Tour Transportation (CTT) and we will come in and pick you up.

NOTE:

As CTT is at the airport and awaiting your arrival based on your flight schedule, please do not stop in the terminal for snacks, etc.

Please proceed directly to the baggage claim and then to the outside stand to contact us, as directed above.

We will get you up the mountains to your destination with TV, telephone, beverages, and snacks. Stops along the way for groceries, etc., can also be accommodated by your CTT charter limo service.

Map from Denver to Winter Park

DRIVING IN THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS

> Duration of trip from Denver International Airport (DIA)

Winter Park is the closest ski resort from DIA -- 99 miles / 2 hour trip with no traffic or snow; however, we are often dealing with snow in winter (365 inches every winter) and construction of the roads in summer. This is why 4-wheel drive and studded snow tires are important. Denver will probably not have the snow but the drive to Winter Park is over 11,300-foot Berthoud Pass which is the heart of the Rocky Mountain Continental Divide -- extremely mountainous driving.

Breckenridge and Keystone are more miles but also take about 2 hours because we drive under the Continental Divide at Eisenhower Tunnel on Interstate-70.

Copper Mountain -- 2.5 hours

Vail -- 3 hours

Beaver Creek -- 3.5 hours

Steamboat -- 4 hours

Aspen -- 5 hours
